SIXTH FORM STUDENTS UNIFORM POLICY
Students will not be required to wear school uniform but need to adhere to the 6th form dress code.
School PE kit will be worn for PE lessons and whilst representing the school in matches etc. Students will be required to wear a school T-shirt and the school sweatshirt when on school trips / visits.
SIXTH FORM DRESS CODE
Dresses and skirts that are split at or below the knee are acceptable.
Team, school and fashion brand names on clothing are generally acceptable. Leather flip-flops are allowed to be worn during the summer uniform period.
Clothing that reveals too much cleavage, back, chest, feet, stomach or underwear is not appropriate within school. Clothing should be pressed and never wrinkled. Torn, dirty, or frayed clothing is unacceptable. Any clothing that has words, terms, or pictures that may be offensive to others is unacceptable.
Mini-skirts, sun dresses, beach dresses, and spaghetti-strap dresses are inappropriate dress for school.
SECONDARY STUDENTS PERSONAL APPEARANCE
Dress, grooming and personal cleanliness standards are an important part of our education. In school you are expected to present a clean, neat and tasteful appearance.
Unnaturally coloured hair and extreme hairstyles, do not present an appropriate image. Makeup should is not appropriate for school.
Beards and unshaven facial hair are not appropriate appearance for students. Offensive body odour and poor personal hygiene is not acceptable.
Facial jewelry such as eyebrow rings, nose rings, lip rings, and tongue studs are not appropriate for students and should not be worn in school.
Extreme ear piercing are not appropriate and must not be worn in school. Tattoos and similar body art must be covered during school hours.
The correct School Uniform must be worn every day
